Christmas Shipping 2023

With Christmas fast approching we encourage you to get in early. Australia Post will have increased volumes in December and there may some delays, to make sure you receive your items in time please use the following guidelines:

Standard Post: All Raiders Shop orders using standard post will need to be placed no later than 11am Monday 18 December 2023 to be in the post and get to you before Christmas. Although this is not a guarantee. Any items posted after this date may not arrive until after Christams. 

For orders going to Western Australia via Parcel Post: 15 December 2023 & Northern Territory via Parcel Post: 14 December 2023.

Express Post: All Raiders Shop orders using express post will need to be placed no later than 11 am Thursday 21 December 2023 to be in the post and get to you before Christmas. Although this is not a guarantee. 

For orders going to Western Australia via Express Post: 20 December 2023 & Northern Territory: 20 December 2023

How long until my order ships?

All Raiders Shop orders will be packed and dispatched within 3-5 business days of you ordering. If we encounter any delays in your order being packed/dispatched you will be emailed and notified of the delay. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible, and where we can, we try to beat the 3-5 day period!

Australian/Domestic Orders

All packages are dispatched using Australia Post e-parcel service, either standard or express, as selected by the customer. Keep in mind, as mentioned above, all items take 3-5 business days to be packed. Raiders Shop does not offer same day or next day shipping guarantees on orders with express post as the chosen shipping method.

From this point, the time frame can vary for each order to arrive to you due to location and potential unforeseen delays. Generally, express items arrive within 3 business days of dispatch, and standard items arrive within 5-8 business days of dispatch.

Click and Collect Option - Canberra only

You can now Click and Collect your items free of charge from the Canberra Raiders Centre at 14 Torrens Street, Braddon. Orders will be ready for pick up 3-5 business days once your order is confirmed.

The Raiders Centre is open 9am-5pm Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. However you must wait until notification has been sent that your items are ready for collection!

International Orders

International orders are sent via standard international service through Australia Post (China, United States, Canada and the United Kingdom). This service is tracked and can take anywhere between 3 and 10 business days to arrive upon dispatch.

Orders to New Zealand are sent through a tracked express service via Australia Post. This service can take anywhere between 2-6 business days to arrive upon dispatch.

International postage costs do not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
