2024 Members Discount Entitlement
2024 Raiders Members are entitled to a 10% discount on full price items*
If you are a 2024 Raiders Member:
- Login using your details from the Membership website both the email and password
- Ensure you are using the email address on your 2024 membership
- Our system will recognise you and allow you to view and shop at the discounted rate
- You can opt to change your password for the Raiders Shop account on the welcome page once logged in
- Not sure of your password? Just reset it! Type in your email address as used in your membership account and you can get a reset email sent out to you!
Already have a Membership?
The Raiders Shop system will identify your email (provided it is the same one used for your membership) and once logged in, will allow you to shop at the discounted member prices.
Renewed today?
Our system recognition can take up to 24 hours identify you as a current member. Log out of your Raiders Shop account and try again later in the day (using the details on your Membership Account - email and password)
Personal details
The personal details entered into your Raiders Shop account are held only in this system, and will not transfer to your membership profile. All details need to be kept up to date in both Raiders Shop and membership accounts separately.
Can't see the discounts?
If you aren't viewing the items at a discounted rate, please email the shop at shop@raiders.com.au prior to making any purchases. Check that the discount isn't being displayed in the cart only. Ensure that before you contact the store, you are looking at a full priced item, as sale, promotional and memorabilia items are all excluded from the member's discount.
