Returns & Exchanges
Our return/exchange policy is available to customers for 30 days upon receipt of the item. Once this period has passed, we reserve the right to refuse exchange or return, unless where required by the Australian Consumer law. Outside of the 30 period, you may only be eligabe for a store credit.
Once your refund has been approved, you will receive a full refund of your returned items minus original postage costs, as this is a non-refundable fee.
Please note that postage on a return item is at the cost of the sender. Raiders Shop will however cover costs if the item is deemed faulty.
Raiders Shop is also not liable for items that are lost by Australia Post when being returned for refund or exchange.
Please email the shop (firstname.lastname@example.org) to receive an exchange form with instructions. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
Our normal 30 day returns policy will be extened for orders placed in November& December. The time frame for these will be extened until 11/02/2022. Please be aware exchagnes will limited by size availablilty.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged or replaced unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for further instruction.
