Returns & Exchanges
Our return/exchange policy is available to customers for 30 days upon receipt of the item. Once this period has passed, we reserve the right to refuse exchange or return, unless where required by the Australian Consumer law.
Once your refund has been approved, you will receive a full refund of your returned items minus postage, as this is a non-refundable fee.
We offer an extended returns period at Christmas time, with any items purchased in November or December of 2020 being eligible for this extension. Refunds or exchanges, were possible due to stock availability, will be allowed until the 31/01/2021. Any requests received after this date will only be offered a store credit, unless the item is deemed to have a manufacturers fault.
Please email the shop (email@example.com) to receive an exchange form with instructions. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged or replaced unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instruction.
